The Seito Shito Ryu USA Shihan Kai consist of all individuals residing in the United States of America who have attained the title of Shihan authorized by either Mabuni, Kenzo Soke or his daughter Mabuni Tsukasa Soke (or in the future by the authorized inheritor of Seito Seito Shito Ryu).

The mission of the Seito Shito Ryu USA Shihan Kai is to preserve and promote the Karate of Mabuni, Kenwa Kaiso as taught by his son Mabuni, Kenzo Soke: Seito Seito Shito Ryu.
